When I was younger, I was taught that if someone found your wallet and returned it to you with the cash inside, you were obligated to pay it forward (ideally with the contents of the wallet). While most people operate on a finder's keepers basis, sometimes you'll get a good egg that wants nothing in return.

In our next story, a guy makes a regular withdrawal at his local bank but accidentally walks home with $3,000 in cash. Without realizing that he was saving the job of the bank teller who mistakenly cashed him out, he returned the cash with no reward in sight. Now THAT'S a blatant opportunity for do-goodership without receiving something in return.

Scroll for the entire story that may just grant you a dose of second-hand good karma.
